Spider Networks provides its solutions to its customers on a Managed Services basis - we take care of the hosting, hardware, software and networking requirements - all you and your members need is an internet connection. We have a private hosting suite at Redbus Interhouse Data Centre, located within the London Docklands. This enables our customers, including Government Ministries, Councils and Financial Institutions to have the piece of mind that their data is safe and secure.
The Data Centre is manned 24 hours a day, every day of the year - by experienced systems engineers. All critical areas of the solution are replicated and a system of SMS text alerts has been developed by ourselves, using our own technology, to inform our staff of any system issues that require addressing.
If you are large enough to have your own Data Centre and wish to build a suite within it to run your own version of the Spider Networks solution, either for your own intranet, or as a provider to others, then we are happy to talk to you about the requirements. We have scoped several private Data Centre installs and would work with you to design, build, implement and test your very own white-labelled version of the Spider Network solution.
