ePortfolio
Beezy, our ePortfolio for primary and secondary school pupils and teachers has been well received. We worked closely with Wolverhampton last year to develop this unique application. We designed it with the students in mind to provide them with a safe online environment for not only their best work to be assessed by their teachers but also a personalised learning space for them to keep their own bookmarks, photos, art, music, writings and diary.
Beezy has been designed as a .Net stand-alone solution, easily integrated to other MLEs. Microsoft has chosen us as a strategic partner in the ePortfolio market. Beezy is soon to be integrated in to Microsoft's Learning Gateway and Sharepoint.
Students create their own descriptive introduction, add their choice of style, theme and colour to their home page and select their own subject areas to ensure the service reflects their own personality and learning profile. 
Every subject falling into the learner's current profile is represented at Portfolio level, containing their best work from any stage of their learning career along with narrative explaining why it represents their best achievement. Archive folders enable students to store their best work from previous years, and every piece can be commented on by learner and teacher. 
ePortfolio also allows for the storage of resources being used in the creation and editing of your final material - or for that personal project unrelated to school. Personal stores for music, art, documents, photos and homework all combine to give each learner a broad spectrum of storage for their work in progress. 
Every student can create, organise and manage their own bookmarks, enabling them to carry their most popular Internet learning resources with them at any time. Most recently visited sites are automatically listed for the learner, providing quick referral points back to recently viewed material from any machine.
