Jim Conroy | CEO/Owner

Jim has over 18 years experience in managing and building leading software, consulting and telecommunication firms in the US and Europe. Previously, Jim held executive management and sales roles for AT&T, Gemini Management Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners and VoxSurf. Jim holds a Bachelor degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Masters of Business (MBA) degree from San Jose State University in California.

Robert Sartain | Design & Production Manager

Robert holds a Bachelor Degree in Advertising Photography. He started his career in visual arts and then moved into the financial sector working for such banks as RBS and Coutts. Robert joined Spider's design team in 2000 and is now Head of Production overseeing all design, production and branding requirements for the company and its customers.

Oliver Howe | Systems Manager

Oliver has over 10 years experience in managing complex systems for small internet companies. He has been with Spider Networks for 7 years and is currently responsible for our hosted infrastructure at Telecity Redbus in London. Oliver was one of the pioneers in Java programming completing his MSc degree at University of Cardiff with a thesis entitled "Animating algorithms using Java", released the same year that Java was introduced to the market. He is also an authority on hosted webmail and a proficient perl programmer.

Anthony Nash | Software Development Manager

Anthony has been developing internet based applications since 1995 in the Microsoft domain. He has worked in London and New York for large web-design companies building sites and applications for Visa, Shell and Cable & Wireless. Anthony then set up his own consultancy and worked for clients including Red Letterdays and Tescos. He now works for Spider Networks as our Applications Development Manager responsible for developing and maintaining our many .net applications across our product range.
